Hello, I'm Dominik. I am a photographer and videographer, live in Prague & work all over Czechia and a large part of the EU. It's been going on for fifteen years now - years of photoshooting and filming, hundreds of clients, thousands of contracts and millions of photos taken. I started shooting in high school, first on film, with the boom of digital technology came the first paid jobs and in 2012 I went freelance and started making a full-time living from photo&video.
During the amazing years since my first contract, I discovered how much I love photography and freelance work. That I wouldn't trade documenting significant moments in people's lives and capturing important historical events for any other job. That I really enjoy how people react to, comment and appreciate my work. Simply put, I realized I'm happiest when my client is satisfied.

In January 2025, the biggest award for my work came: I won the 1st place in the prestigious Czech Press Photo photography competition. The jury awarded me the prize for a series of reportage photographs in the "People being talked about" category.
